A Small-scale Property Broker Office with a focus on creating robust circulation and minimalistic interiors. The idea stemmed from the initial conversation we had with the client who was an enthusiast of Japanese minimalism and raw industrial look.

 

The shipping container sheet divides the space based on the different programmatic functions and also gifts the space with the visuals of an internal facade at  play
